For applicants who cannot visit our office in person, we offer convenient mail-in services nationwide.
Please review the following instructions carefully before sending your documents.

  • Example: shipped Monday → delivered Wednesday

  • Next business day delivery

For 5 applications or fewer shipped to the same address, only one return shipping fee will be charged.

Self-Provided Return Shipping

If you prefer to provide your own return shipping, please note the following:

  • We only accept prepaid FedEx return labels
  • Please include a fully completed and prepaid FedEx label or envelope in your package
  • Recipient name, address, and phone number must be clearly filled out

If you choose to use other carriers (such as UPS or USPS), you will be responsible for any associated risks, including:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Delivery or signature issues

For security and reliability, we strongly recommend using FedEx.

If paying by check, please write the total amount on one check (including visa fees, service fees, and shipping if applicable).

Personal checks under $500 may require clearance before documents are returned.

A $30 bank fee will be charged for any returned or bounced checks.

  • Printing service: $5 per page
  • Screenshot / login assistance: $20 per session
  • Additional handling fees for incomplete or incorrect materials
  • International shipping: approximately $60–$90 depending on destination
  • Weekend delivery or special shipping requests may incur extra charges
